Introduction to Qi Gong & Sound Bath with Alessia
Discover the calming practice of Qi Gong followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath.
This gentle introductory session is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and restore balance through mindful movement, breath, and soothing sound.
No experience needed - just come as you are and enjoy a peace evening of relaxation, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter, and wonderfully refreshed.
PLEASE NOTE
Sound baths are not recommended for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy.
If you have epilepsy, a history of seizures, or are sensitive to sound please seek medical advice before attending.
If you have a serious mental health condition, a sound bath may not be suitable without guidance from your healthcare professional.
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, please consult your doctor before attending.
If you have significant hearing conditions or use hearing aids, please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether the session is suitable.

WORKSHOP INFORMATION
Myogi Studio is fully equipped with mats and props for each student.
Just bring your lovely self and a bottle of water!
All workshops are suitable for every ability including beginners.
If this is your first time visiting Myogi Studio you will be asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the workshop to fill out a short, fully confidential medical form. This ensures safe practice for each student.
