We believe in physical health, mental health and emotional health bringing it all together to provide holisitc, warm-hearted, kind and compassionate classes. We want you to feel at ease here with no pressure but to just be you.

Tucked away in Newport, Barnstaple, Myogi Studio provides space for 12 yoga students and our community has a wonderful uplifting yet harmonious vibe. We believe in supporting each other, bringing people together to collectively enjoy the gift of yoga.
