A slow paced, meditative class where poses are held for longer. Beneficial for those wishing to relieve stress and tension creating more balance in the body and mind.

MINDFUL MEDITATION CLASSES
Practicing mindful meditation allows us to train the mind to settle and reduce the stresses of daily life. Meditating regularly allows us to become more accepting of our experiences and promotes a greater sense of ease within the body and mind.
You will be guided through different meditation techniques and other beneficial mindfulness practices learning how to introduce mindfulness and meditation into your every day life.
This class is perfect for anyone seeking enhanced emotional regulation and improvement in focus. Can help manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. Embrace a more mindful quality in your life!

GENTLE BEGINNERS YOGA
This is the perfect class for those who are completely new to yoga or who are coming into their senior years. It is also a great class for those who prefer a more gentle yoga flow practice.
You will be fully guided from pose to pose increasing mobility, balance, flexibility and range of motion.
Keeping the heart healthy, elevating the mood and boosting energy levels. Reduces stress and calms the mind.
